Refunds and Exchanges
My company takes pride in offering quality products and services to our dedicated customers in a timely manner.
Due to the sensitive nature of our Handmade/Digital products and services, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
The only exception is when a situation arises that is out of our company’s control.
Those situations include acts of nature, pandemics, issues with 3rd party agreements, and any other uncontrollable situation That prevents shipping and/or electronic Delivery. It is at the discretion of the business owner what situations fall under this catalog.
We will also give refunds if an event or service is canceled due to personal reasons of the business owner or any business matters that may conflict with the date of the event or service.
Coaching and Consulting Programs
Every client enrolled in a coaching/consulting program provided by The Holistic Self Care Institute must sign a contract before Enrollment.
All contracts include detailed information about your financial obligations and Our Refund Policy. Every client has access to their signed contract in the client portal.
If you are unable to locate your contract within the client portal, please contact our office at Services@holisticselfcareinstitute.com. We will happily provide you an electronic copy of your contract.
