Physical Products

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.

  • This does not include shipping days.

  • Once the product is processed and shipped, allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

Our shipping provider is the United States postal service (USPS).

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

  • Please check your email for that information.

  • If you are a Google user, check your social and promotional inboxes as well.

All of our Custom Spiritual products and services are made to order.

  • Some products are offered during specific cycles.

  • Please be aware of those dates before you purchase.

Pre-sale Orders

Throughout the year we may offer pre-sales on our products and services.

  • The date that we will start processing orders will be listed on the product page.

  • On that date, we will start processing orders in the order that they were received in our system.

  • keep in mind that your shipping date may be pushed out depending on the number of orders received during our pre-sales.

  • We strive to ship orders in a timely manner. please check your emails for updates on processing and shipping.

Issues with order tracking and delivery

  • Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any issues with USPS tracking and delivery.

  • Please give the USPS enough time to deliver your order.

Digital Products

All digital products are delivered immediately after checkout.

  • Your file will be available for download on the Order Confirmation Page.

  • You will also receive an email with the link to download your digital product.

  • Once you click the link, it will expire within 24 hours.

Please be sure to download and save your digital product on your computer, tablet, phone, or in your cloud storage.

  • Keep in mind that some files may be delivered as a zip file.

  • Not all computers are able to download a zip file without a program to do so.

  • You can Google “Zip File Programs” to find a program that allows zip downloads.

  • You take full responsibility for whatever programs you choose to use to download your order.

Service-Based Spiritual Products

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive a PDF Document with instructions to book your Service.

  • You will also receive an email with a link to the document.

  • Your Service can not be completed without completing this process.
