The Holistic Digest
Welcome to The Holistic Digest. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
The Membership Program is an Access Only Membership
You will be able to access the membership site as long as you are an active paid member of the program. The content inside of the membership portal is not downloadable unless otherwise stated. Exceptions for downloadable content include files such as worksheets, templates, workbooks, etc.
Membership Benefits
The membership benefits include on-demand access to exclusive blog and podcast content, a private online community, guest speakers, and a book club. All membership benefits are provided in virtual format only.
Membership Activation
Your membership begins at the time of purchase and will continue on a month-to-month or annual basis, depending on the membership plan selected at the time of purchase.
Membership Payments are automatically drafted from the Credit/Debit card information you provided during your purchase.
Your automatic draft will charge your card on the same date that you signed up for the program. Example: If you sign up on August 1, the next payment will be drafted on September 1.
If You enrolled as an annual member, Expect your credit/debit card to be charged on the same date the following year. For example; If you enrolled on April 4, 2022, the next payment will automatically be drafted on April 4, 2023.
If your initial payment does not process, the system will automatically attempt to process your payment within 3 days to bring your account current. After 2 unsuccessful attempts, your membership will be canceled and you will be removed from the membership platform.
You may re-enroll at any time after cancellation. However, you will be enrolled at the current membership price. Prior offers will not be honored.
You may cancel your membership at any time.
You may cancel your membership anytime by logging into your customer account. Once you have accessed your account profile, click the “view/cancel plans” link under the Billing Tab. Your membership will automatically be canceled at the end of your billing cycle. You will be removed from the membership portal, mailing list, and private community at that time. (Please make a note that you will not receive any prorated refunds during cancellation.)
Refund Policy
Once submitted, Your membership fees are non-refundable. Members can cancel their membership at any time by logging into their account and canceling before the next scheduled billing date.
Our Private Community
The Private Community is an optional group offered to all members of The Holistic Digest. Our community is hosted on the Geneva Platform. You will have to create a login account to access the group.
It is not a requirement for you to join the community as a member. However, It is highly recommended that you join to receive the best benefits from the membership. If you choose to opt out of joining the private community, You will still have access to the membership site and the live virtual meetings.
Exclusive Members-Only Consultation Rates
As an active paid member of the Holistic Self-Care Digest, you receive special rates for private consultations. In order to receive these special rates, you must use the appointment scheduler inside the membership portal. Fees will not be adjusted nor refunded if you use any appointment scheduler outside of the membership portal. Please take advantage of your membership benefits and make sure to use the correct appointment scheduler. If you have any questions, contact customer service through the customer service portal.
Testimonials
Any testimonials submitted in the membership community or on social media may be used for social proof and marketing purposes. Members' pictures will never be used unless they give written consent for us to use their images and likeness for marketing.
Intellectual Property
The content provided as part of the Program, including but not limited to blog posts, podcasts, videos, and other materials, is owned by The Holistic Self Care Institute and The Holistic Digest and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Members may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on such content without the prior written consent of The Holistic Self Care Institute.

The information provided as part of the Program is for educational purposes only and is not intended as professional advice. Members should consult with their professional provider before making any changes to their personal and/or professional regimen.
Limitation of Liability
The Holistic Self-Care Institute (The Holistic Digest) shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire understanding and agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.
Modification or Waiver
No modification or waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the party against whom such modification or waiver is sought to be enforced.
Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
Contractual Agreement
By completing your enrollment and submitting payment, you are electronically agreeing to the terms and conditions of this program (The Holistic Digest).

Binding Effect.
These terms and conditions shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns.
