Contractual Agreement

The Advisor Experience Contractual Agreement is made and entered into on the date of payment by and between the Consultant and the Client.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The Service Provider agrees to provide on-demand coaching and advisement services to the Client through the Voxer, Facebook, or WhatsApp messenger service. The service period is for 7 consecutive days.

RESPONSE TIME

  • The hours of active service are from 9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time.

  • The service period starts on Monday at 9 am and will end on the following Sunday at 5 pm.

  • The Client understands and agrees to allow the Service Provider up to 60 minutes to respond to any submitted requests during service times.

  • Any requests submitted after service times will be answered the following day.

  • Any requests submitted after 5 pm on Sunday will not be answered. If you would like to continue service, you must book another session with the service provider.

SESSION ACCESS

The Client will have post-session access to the session within the preferred messenger app chosen by the client.

MISSED SESSIONS

The client has direct access to the consultant for 7 consecutive days. Any days a client misses will not be made up or extended. It is the client’s responsibility to use this time intentionally and wisely.

SERVICE FEE

The Client agrees to pay $149 USD in full at the time of booking.

FORFEITURE OF BOOKING FEES

If the Client misses their 7-day session, they forfeit the booking fee.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES

In the event that the Client needs to reschedule their 7-day session, the Client must provide notice to Service Provider at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time by logging into their account and rescheduling their service.

  • If the Client reschedules the appointment before the 48-hour window, the booking fee will be applied to the new appointment.

  • If the Client reschedules the appointment within the 48-hour window or fails to show up for the scheduled session without prior notice, the Client forfeits the booking fee and must repay the booking fee to reserve another session with Service Provider.

  • If the Client needs to reschedule the appointment a second time, the booking fee will be forfeited, and the Client acknowledges and agrees that after the second appointment reschedules, the Client is no longer eligible to book another appointment with Service Provider. Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service to Client if Client has rescheduled appointments more than twice.

This cancellation and rescheduling policy is effective at the time of payment of the booking fee and shall remain in effect until the appointment is completed or canceled.

Medical Disclaimer: If the Consultant must reschedule the Consultation due to a medical emergency related to their chronic medical condition, the Client will receive a rescheduled session without penalties at the earliest convenience for the client.

TESTIMONIALS

The Consultant may request a written, video, or audio testimonial with or without a picture for social proof. The Client may approve or decline this request by choosing the appropriate choice when accepting this Contract.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Service Provider agrees to keep all information provided by the Client confidential, and will not disclose any such information to any third party without the Client's prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Service Provider shall not be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.

SERVICE PROVIDER’S CHRONIC ILLNESS DISCLAIMER

The Service Provider has a chronic illness that may cause them to reschedule sessions in the event of a medical emergency. If the Service Provider must reschedule due to a medical emergency, the session will be rescheduled at the earliest time that is convenient for the Client.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between them.

DIGITAL SIGNATURE

By booking the session and making payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
